Refund & Return Policy

At SusanKnits, we want you to be fully satisfied with your hand knitted Christmas sweater. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, such as holes, unraveling, or seams that have come apart, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos or a short video of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Returns
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item or size
• Personal preference
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition and packaging

Because each sweater is hand knitted, small variations in stitching, color, and sizing are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects.

Return Window
Eligible damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a replacement.
